Choose a trigger, add conditions and steps, and DocFila runs them on your cloud documents. A workflow can read and summarize a document, tag and file it, notify you, merge or stamp a PDF, send it for signature, or post a notice to a webhook you choose.
A scan, an import, a tag change, an approaching expiry date, a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, or a call to the workflow's own webhook URL.
Summarize, extract fields, classify, translate, draft an email or write a report from a document. Drafts and reports are text for you to use; DocFila does not send the email.
Add a tag, move to a folder, create a to-do, notify you in the app, merge, split, stamp or OCR a PDF, fill a form, or send the document as a signature request.
If/else conditions, waits, parallel steps and for-each loops. Run a workflow in Draft-only, Require-approval or Auto-run mode, see every run in the history, and review results in the Agent inbox.
When a document is imported, classify it, add a tag and move it to a folder.
When a document's expiry date is close, notify you in the app and create a to-do.
When a document gets a particular tag, send it as a signature request.
Workflows cannot read your email inbox, watch a folder, or push to Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks, Salesforce or Slack: those connectors do not exist yet (see integrations). The outbound webhook sends only a short notice — the workflow, the document's ID, title and type, and the time — never the document itself. You build a workflow in a four-step wizard (trigger, conditions, steps, name), not by describing it in plain English; the Agents hub's Delegate sheet is where plain-English requests go.
Plans: up to 3 workflows on Free, 10 on Premium and Pro.
